We booked a pet friendly room, which faced a wall, so the view from our room was really bad. Staff were friendly at check in and check out. We did ask for help and it was provided swiftly. The restaurant is a very nice room but very stark.
No one from management called as requested the next morning. Ive always liked going to Parksville been there many times, its relaxing and very friendly.The play park is a great place for young children they also have the water park. My granddaughters are 15 and 18 now we went to a hobby farm close to Coombes which was nice then went into the stores in Coombes. Was beautiful and everyone was so welcoming.



Older hotel that has been updated recently. Light clean decor in rooms and lobby. White furniture in the rooms is a nice change Asian restaurant Parksville from hotel brown. Good standard of food in the restaurant. Very pleasant staff at front desk and in the restaurant.

The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. We will be requiring both staff and guests to stay home, avoid travel, and to contact their healthcare provider if they experience any signs or symptoms of sickness. For when the time is right for deep fried goodness. Once you’ve tried the fish tacos (perhaps several times!), check out the Vegan Burrito and the Sweet Thai Chicken Taco. Order the Ixim (pronounced “shim” – I had to ask) Bowl, Arrowsmith Bowl, or Bliss Bowl, all made with real local flavour.

The staff when I checked out was rude and abrasive. Pool was at 70 degrees which staff told us so it would be very cold if we would have swam in it. The hotel advertised an outdoor pool which was the primary reason we booked. The pool in inside with a slatted open roof, this does not make it an outside pool. There was no where to relax and sunbathe. The only down side was when two staff were getting off the elevator, saw that my husband used a walker but didn't bother to hold the door open.
